Daily guidance built around real life

Know what movement makes sense for your body today.

OS Health helps you make one confident daily movement decision by considering your goals, recovery, recent activity, injuries, schedule, available equipment, and the realities of your life.

OS Health enters its first outside-user beta on October 4.

Illustrative daily recommendation

Protect your knee. Keep your momentum.

20 minutes availableHome gymDumbbells and treadmill
  • 8-minute easy walk, if comfortable
  • Dumbbell floor press, 2 sets of 10
  • One-arm dumbbell row, 2 sets of 10 each side
  • Seated biceps curl, 2 sets of 10
  • 2 minutes of easy mobility
Why this fits today

Your knee is irritated, recovery is lower than usual, and your schedule is tight. Today’s plan keeps you moving and maintains upper-body work without unnecessarily loading the knee.

Our origin

It started with a voice memo.

On May 11, 2021, Mark Dorsey recorded an idea on an elliptical: what if a fitness app understood what you actually wanted to keep doing, knew your context, and helped you decide what made sense today?

Five years later, that idea became OS Health.

OS Health helps answer one question: What should I do today?

The problem

Every day is different.

Rigid plans and isolated readiness scores cannot account for everything that determines what makes sense today.

1

You planned to train, but an old injury is bothering you again.

2

Your wearable says you recovered well, but work and family have drained your capacity.

3

You want to become active again, but you are unsure where to start or how hard to push.

4

You have plenty of information, but still have to decide what to do with it.

How it works

One thoughtful decision, built around you.

OS Health reduces decision fatigue without removing your agency.

1

Understands your situation

Goals, recent activity, injuries, recovery, schedule, preferences, gym membership, home equipment, and other relevant context.

2

Reasons through today

It weighs the factors that matter instead of blindly following one metric or fixed program.

3

Builds and explains the plan

You receive the exact activity or workout, adapted to what you can access, with a concise explanation of why it fits.

Who it helps

For people who want their body to support the life they care about.

Whether you are staying active, becoming active again, or adapting to a changing body, OS Health starts with where you are today.

Getting back into movement

A credible, manageable path for people who used to be active and want to begin again.

Working around old injuries

Stay strong without repeatedly aggravating the same knee, shoulder, back, or other limitation.

Balancing health with real life

Account for work, family, travel, stress, changing recovery, and the time you actually have.

Protecting long term capability

Keep hiking, traveling, skiing, playing with grandchildren, and living independently.

Built around trust

Your health information deserves more than a disclaimer.

Privacy, transparency, and control are product requirements from the beginning.

  • ✓Every recommendation should explain itself.
  • ✓You should understand what information influenced it.
  • ✓You remain in control of what you share and connect.
  • ✓OS Health supports qualified healthcare professionals. It does not replace them.

What OS Health is not

OS Health is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, or emergency care.

It is a daily movement decision aid for people who want clearer guidance without another dashboard to interpret.

Our philosophy

Your plan should adapt to your life, not the other way around.

The best movement decision depends on your body, goals, limitations, priorities, and circumstances. That principle guides OS Health.

Technology is the mechanism. Better daily judgment is the purpose.
